Welcome to Fern Yoga & Wellness – a supportive online space where women navigating their menopause journey (from perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause) can come together to connect, learn, and grow. Through restorative yoga sessions, specialized menopause classes, and workshops, we explore how to care for our changing bodies with compassion. Our approach is based on the 4 Pillars of Aging Well developed by Fern and weaves together educational resources, yoga practices, meditation, and wellness offerings to help you find ease and balance as you evolve through your unique stage of life.
I’m Fern Carbonell, a yoga and meditation teacher and wellness advocate. My own experience with early menopause inspired me to create a space for women to gather and feel supported and that deep desire culminated into Fern Yoga & Wellness. I know firsthand how overwhelming the changes can feel, but I also discovered that with working in partnership with the changing body, consistent yoga, meditation, and the support of a community, the transition can be filled with more ease and less struggle.
Now, over 15 years postmenopausal, my journey continues as I meet the aging process with curiosity and intention. As a wellness advocate, I prioritize caring for the whole self—mind, body, and spirit. I believe that as we age, maintaining vitality isn’t just about physical health; it’s about aging with grace, intention, and a deep sense of self-compassion. I’m here to walk alongside you as we navigate this journey together.
