Together, we’ll slow down and listen to what your body needs, offering gentle restorative yoga poses to ease tension and bring a sense of calm. You'll be guided through simple, effective breathing exercises tailored to help with common menopause symptoms like hot flashes, stress, and fatigue. And we’ll end each class with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful meditation that feels like a warm, comforting hug for your nervous system.

For the best experience, please have the following props ready. No worries if you don’t have props. Rolled up or stacked blankets/towels and firm pillows are good substitutes.

  • Yoga mat
  • 2 yoga blocks
  • 1 bolster or firm cushion or 2-3 blankets to stack
  • Strap or belt (optional)
  • Water to stay hydrated
  • Journal for reflection
